How many batches
are running at present (June 2018)?
There are five batches running in the Apollo Medskills skill development training centre, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad. There are two batches of Pharmacy assistant and Phlebotomy technician and one batch of general duty assistant.

What is the size
and composition of the training group?
The classroom strength of each batch is generally twenty- five to thirty- five. There are two batches consists of fifty -nine trainees in the Pharmacy Assistant. Out of fifty-nine trainees, twenty-five trainees are boys and rest thirty-four are girls. Two batches of Phlebotomy technician having sixty-four trainees. Out of sixty-four trainees, seven trainees are boys rest are girls. One batch of general duty assistant has thirty trainees. All the trainees of general duty assistant are girl.

quality of the trainees group? How is their morale towards the training
programme?
Every batch has three kinds of trainees. Few of them are good, most of them are average and few of them are below average. The institution tries to keep them motivated throughout the course.

As per Centre head of the institution, generally trainees share their personal problems with wardens and that level only they get counseling and required support.

According to centre head, sometimes one or two trainees of a batch creates trouble on some issues , then trainees are counseled and issues are resolved in smooth way.

Up to June 2018, the number of enrolled trainees was 876. Out of 876 trainees, 91 trainees dropped out of the course. The rest 785 trainees completed the course.

According to Centre head, six hundred thirty (630) trainees who passed out from the institution are working in different organizations of health sector. The name of some organizations are - Apollo Pharmacy ,Med plus ,Call health, Rainbow ,Partha dental ,Clove dental ,Health heal ,Zoi hospital Gland pharmacy etc.

At present the training centre is offering training programme to unskilled youth under the DDUGKY programme of Government of India. According to centre head, DDUGKY is very useful for unemployed rural youth. The centre head feels it is the duty of the institution to mould unskilled youths into skilled workers with good training and placement so that it will help the trainee’s family and rural economy as well.
