Responses of the Quality Executive/ Manager of the Training Centre

                                                                               
              I.             Qualification -

The qualification of quality manager is M.Sc Microbiology.
           II.            Work experience

The quality manager has three years experience in monitoring and quality check.
        III.            Have you undergone any training /workshop / course for monitoring the training programme/ Institute?

The quality manager has undergone workshop for monitoring the training programme and other issues related of the training Institution.
       IV.            What is the method of monitoring? How frequently do you monitor the training institute?

According to quality manager, these are the methods of monitoring being followed:-
·        Daily Monitoring of Training Centre and Hostels.
·        Interacting with the student’s daily and taking feedback regarding quality of training.
·        Checking the Activity Cum Lesson Planner by using CCTV footage.
·        Checking biometric and manual attendance daily.
·        Follow the Standard of procedure guidelines to maintain the training programmes.


          V.            Checklist for monitoring the training institute.
·        Verification of training infrastructure and candidates details.
·        Batch and class wise verifications.
·        Verifications of physical equipments and infrastructure
·        Basic records of the trainees
·        Trainees attendance
·        Proper and timely distribution of teaching –learning material
·        Training Quality
·        Quality of assessment tests and their veracity
·        Hostel and its related components monitoring
       VI.            What is your feedback for the trainees, trainers, other staffs and centre head?
Trainees - Generally, every batch has few Indiscipline trainees with no grooming. They do not follow timing punctuality. Absentees are found more in training programme.
Trainers – They do not maintain proper candidate attendance registers at Moosarambagh training center. Tabs registers, and assessment documentation are also not properly done.
Centre Head – There is no proper monitoring of training center and Hostels. Placement dropout and follow-up are not done by operation team. Certification distribution of the completed courses is not done.
    VII.            What kind of general problems /shortcomings do you observe in the training centre?


There are two kinds of problems / shortcomings quality manager observers in training centre

Mobilization problem
Placement Dropout
 VIII.            Your observations and recommendations for the training institutions in last six months. ( The gist of general monitoring report of last six months )

 Proper Placement tracking of trainees is not maintaining.
On Job Training  is not being  provided to the trainees
       IX.             Any comments / suggestions.
